I watch jmwFILMS on YouTube, who does mini films using GTA. This came up with the screenshot and I actually wondered what would happen in an alternative reality where this Dwight was chosen after the events of this video, not as survivor, but killer. Here's a possible story in that world:

    An interesting idea. Killers are a bit bigger (more heavily-built), though, so this would need to be a different Dwight not the "weakling" we got used to.
