Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. You just gotta know when to use it.

True, but folks have been following these principles more often than before.

Also true. Camping or tunneling too early can mess up the match and can be less fun for both the killer and the survivors. There are rare cases though where you camp early and all the other survivors decide to try to save them instead of working on gens. Now that's a fun match.
