Blocked gens - bypasses instant damage, now?

I'm hearing from a few people on youtube that blocked generators now are protected from not just automatic regression but instant regression from things such as PR or jolt. I thought blocked gens only stopped automatic regression but can still be damaged by instant damage effects like jolt? Did they change this?

    they stated in the 4.3.0 update (where they clarified the terminologies and gen status) that indeed blocked gens should be affected by instant regression like Jolt applies though should be save from ongoing regression.

    i don’t remember that being changed/updated officially - so if it doesn’t work like that anymore it’s probably a bug and should be reported
