Trying to replay or even open up the overlay takes 20-30 seconds when any other game it works instantaneously.

    Turn off the overlay, there's a known issue right now with using overlays to launch DBG and a few other games.

    Also if you're on a laptop go into settings/games and disable battery boost if it's enabled since it causes lot of problems.
