Without perks or a video its hard to tell. It probably was longer than 30 seconds. But assuming it was. It could have been hyperfocus + toolbox + BNP on 3 survivors.

It's difficult to say without a video, but it was likely longer than 30 seconds.
It's theoretically possible it was 30 seconds, but it would take some astronomically good RNG.

It's really gross they didn't touch that perk with the last patch. At the very least it needs the autodidact treatment where you don't get more checks b/c of toolbox.
I was using Corrupt recently and I had 3 gens pop in the first minute while I was chasing someone and had pressure on two other players. The first down was actually a grab from someone on a 99% completed generator and an injured survivor ran over to finish it right before I kicked it.
Deadlock needs to be base kit. Change the perk by the same name to extend the perk +30 seconds.

BNPs are deleted once used. You can use BTL to replenish the toolbox charges that the BNP consumes (BNP installation consumes 13.5 charges from your toolbox), but the BNP can never be used again. It'd be like using BTL on a toolbox that never had a BNP to begin with.

And all four Survivors would need to spawn separately. And they'd also need to spawn on gens.
