Did DBD remove Germany Frankfurt servers?

Ever since that 50 mb update every game i have played i've been getting 135 ping, on Frankfurt servers i usually get 95 ping. Whats going on?

I don't think it has anything to do with any EU servers. I'm also getting awful pings (200 plus) tonight.

then why would the ping randomly change for us and go 50 above what it usually is after they released that 50 MB update?
