'Skillfull' Trophy Not Unlocking

I played the game on PS4 and got most of the trophies and recently got a PS5 and for some reason the Skillfull trophy, for boosting a perk to level 3, won't unlock. I've have done it numerous times, but for some reason it won't unlock. I haven't really seen many other people run into this issue.

    Same here had all the leveling trophies pop. But skillful just isn't working at all. I've only got 400 hours and have half of the survivors and killers to prestige 1 and definitely leveled 2 of the 3 of each characters perks to tier 3 so it's beyond me why this trophy doesn't work. Very frustratin
