Why Can't I Join Anyone or My Friends in Dead by Daylight?

I'm normally a solo player and wanted to play with another live streamer. I couldn't join them and they couldn't join me.

I tried resetting my Xbox one still can't join anyone, I tried resetting my wifi still can't join anyone, anyone else have this issue and is their a fix.
