Suspended Account?

I’m really confused so maybe someone can help me… I’m a newer player and started playing back in March. I still consider myself to be learning the game and try to have fun while completing objectives. Today when I logged in it said my account was permanently suspended due to violating terms of service. I’ve never done anything wrong so I was pretty shocked. All I do is play the game. I read over the terms of service again and I never violated any of those rules. I sent an email to the address they provided to get details and restarted my game. It’s now let me in so I’m confused… was my account actually suspended and if not why did I get that message? I also got a return email saying the address they provided isn’t legitimate and the email couldn’t be sent. That just further confuses me. Has anyone else had a similar issue? I really don’t want my account suspended as I just got all my characters prestiged and unlocked 2 new ones. I really haven’t done anything wrong but now I’m worried all my progress could be lost over a mistake.

    Sounds like a client side bug, gave you the wrong message or something.

    I just wanted to reply and say I’ve not had any issues since and that I did get a reply that it was likely an error message. Thanks for the replies!
