In your opinion, what is the full list of licenses dbd needs for it's roster to feel complete?
Yes it's another one of those threads, it doesn't have to be picks with any actual realistic chance of making it into the game, just which characters would overall complete the lineup for you personally.

Jason is really the only one needed to complete Rushmore of Horror. Anything outside that is a bonus.

I would have settled for Jason, Candyman and Alien personally.

While the above poster has some nice suggestion, I would love to see other horror games besides RE. I'd love to see Clock tower with Scissorman as killer and Alyssa as survivor (and Jennifer as a legendary skin).
Fatal Frame/Project zero would also be a great addition with Miku and as survivor (I'd also like Mayu as she's the more interesting sister from Project Zero 2), or Rei alternatively. The killer could be the Tattoed womanor the woman with the bloody kimono.
For another capcom entry, Haunting Ground would also fit, although a rather obscure game. Obviously the survivor would be Fiona, but I'd love to see Daniella as killer (although to be honest since the game has so many stalkers I would be ok with getting more than one Killer).
Also would love to have Devil May cry skins for the RE survivors.

Hm…well that’s gonna depend on who you ask.
For films, the ones that come to mind immediately are Jason, the Xenomorph, Pennywise and Chucky. Alien might be the trickiest to acquire though, with Disney ‘n all.
I’d argue Jason is the big man missing from the roster, though the game has gotten to a point where I’m not sure what niche he could fill.
For video games, the biggest names would be Clock Tower, Amnesia, FNaF (god forbid) Fatal Frame, The Evil Within, Bioshock, etc.
Of those, The Evil Within is my most-wanted. Though I have no idea how likely it is. The artist they had on the stream left the studio, after all.

Other things that missing that "technically" could be licensed, but are in the public domain is:
- Dracula
- Frankenstein's Monster
- Wolfman
- The Mummy
- Anything Lovecraft.

Alien might be the trickiest to acquire though, with Disney ‘n all.get.
I'd argue Pennywise and any other Stephen King IP are the trickiest ones, if not also the hardest ones too simply because the guy just don't do video game stuff with his IPs after the not very successful first attempts at a video game adaptations back in the 80's.

Hellraiser felt a little empty without Kirsty.I think they said before that Pinhead isn't getting anymore cosmetics but I'd like to see her as a killer legendary after she became Pinhead if they won't make her a survivor.
She's still really new to the genre but I feel like M3GAN has a good chance now that Blumhouse is making the DBD movie.
