killer powers and map obstacles

How come we have so many killers in this game with ranged attacks, projectiles, mobility that relies on not bumping into things etc but yet we keep getting maps with horrible collision and a massive amount of obstacles everywhere?


it seem like BHVR are trying to cater toward the stealth aspect of the game which makes no sense, with the amount of perks, mechanics, killers with in-built tracking power and other stuff that can easily give away a survivor position, there is no need to have so many obstacles everywhere, there are already main buildings, rock filler pallets, edge map, lockers, long wall loop tiles that can help u break LOS if needed.


Simplicity is good, simplicity is better imo

    It just really hard to balance the map for every killer... it simply to many of them. To many obstacles make wesker, hillbilly, blight, etc feel clumsy to play. But to many open areas make the stealth killers easy to spot. Also u got the projectile killers who can't do anything on maps with to much cover as well.
