新パークの状況適応能力は衰弱の時に迅速が付くようにすればいいと思います。
そうすれば「人々の為に」や「リニューアル」とも相性がよく「弱音が無しだ」とも相性がいいです。
プレイグやツインズが影響を受ける可能性はありますが、この性能であれば問題ないと思います。

I think that the ability to adapt to the situation of the new perk should be quick when weakened.
If so, it goes well with "for the people" and "renewal", and also goes well with "no yowane".
Plague and Twins may be affected, but I think there is no problem with this performance.
