Corrective Action Perk is awful and here's how to fix it
So the current effect is:
You start the Trial with 3 Tokes, for each Great Skill Check hit get a Token up to 5.
When a Survivor working with you on a Gen misses a Skill Check it counts as a good Skill Check and a Token is consumed.
There are several issues with this, the user doesn't get any notification that your teammate missed a Skill Check (other than the tiny little number on the Perk decreasing), which feels like the Perk is doing nothing.
The Token system also doesn't make sense, the effect isn't too strong that it requires a Token system.
So here are some changes that I think would be great for this Perk and make it at least slightly more attractive to use.
Corrective Action
You start the Trial with 3 Tokens.
Successfuly hitting a Great Skill Check consumes 1 Token and grants an additional 3% bonus to Generator repair progress.
When a Survivor fails a Skill Check while cooperating with you, their failed Skill Check becomes a good Skill Check.
(You now get notified when this effect triggers with a similar sound to the Technician Perk)
Now it has a small active effect that gives bonus progress for Great Skill Checks with a limited Token system, so it's on you when you want to use up these Token.
The teammate part is now a passive effect of this Perk that doesn't require any Tokens.
