Ignore licence requirements etc and just for fun which killer/survivor would you replace and with who.
For me it's nemesis and his zombies for Darth Vader and 2 stormtroopers.
Darth Vader's lightsaber instead of nemesis tentacle and stormtroopers gun set to stun instead of mindless zombies.

Deathslinger into the Wolfman from darkwood, darkwood is my favorite horror game ever made so I just thought it would be cool. Admittedly it doesn't very much sense I just really like darkwood.

Sadako turns into The Keeper from Evil Within. Teleport to safes and making everyone suffer with the metal screeching~ (and mallet. never forget the mallet)

I'd replace The Nurse with The Tall Man. He walks slow mos of the time, being menacing until suddenly he is just next to you and so if it was him, maybe I wouldn't hate her as much. Of course, the Sentinel Sphere(s) would need to be at least involved in the Mori.
