This is how to get Doctor tome challenge - Remote Diagnosis
I have tried to make as big TR as possible, but it's just no way to get it 5 times in one game normal way.
I have finally finished it with this build, some passive slow down to give you time and whisper to make sure you hit blast on someone.
When blast is on CD, go hide somewhere in corner so you are 48 meters away from everyone and just wait until survivors trigger your iridescent addon (lingering static charge).
It's good to do it on some big map like RPD. You really don't to be on The Game, or Midwitch. It may not seem like it, but 48 m is quite a lot.
I have done it on RPD at least.

Damn, Dark devotion is also really good idea for this build.
I have tried to use all addons and perks to get bigger TR and just spam it in middle of the map, but I was just super unlucky with range from survivors I guess.
It sucks you can't choose perk tier, whispers on tier 1 would be super good for this, but I have tier 3 sadly.

Yeah sadly, I don't play doctor much, so I couldn't use map offerings and had to hope for the best.
I had to spend like 1M BP to get add-ons I needed, I was so unlucky there.
Spend 1M to finish challenge for 60k... Worth it

Double calm + distressing puts the terror radius at ~55 meters, so you should be able to get it at max range. Other option is dark devotion, hit someone, run away from them, then activate it on the other end of the map.
