Group dc penalty.

My game force closed on a match cause my ps5 gave the failed to verify license notification. When I get it verified and log back in I obviously had a 5 minute ban. But when I group up with my fiance it says she has a 20 hour ban. But only when she gets into a group with me. Neither of us have bans individually. Happen to anyone else before?
