Does anyone know the time frame in which you need to hit survivors in? Because if its within the duration of Overclock, its near impossible as even with the duration add-on, survivors can simply outrun it. If anyone could give me some clarification on it, it would be much appreciated!

I am finding it REALLY lenient, like at least 8-10 seconds it feels.
