A small but needed improvement in the Docs add-on's
Currently The Doctor has 4 common, 7 uncommon, 3 rare, 5 very rare, and 1 ultra rare add-on's. The problem with this is in the Uncommon category, often the blood webs will feature a slew of uncommon, but not any that are useful or meaningful, and an abundance of the 3 rare and 4 common variety. Even after P3, this problem gets amplified and loads the blood webs with too much yellow, and not enough green or purple. Overall add-on distribution needs a balance to it or it doesn't stand out or make sense. Granted the Doctor is a chaotic character who delves in madness and thrives on it, that doesn't need to translate to his blood-web as much as his game-play.
My proposal is simple: Make Scrapped tape a Common (brown) add-on, and make Interview Tape a Rare (green) add-on. this will make it so that common has 5- add-on's, uncommon has 5, and rare has 4. This will ensure a much more even distribution of add-on's in each of the doctor's blood-webs and make prestiging him more worthwhile for players. Please make these changes so that the Doctor (who relies heavily on add-on's) can be a better mid-high tier killer.

He needs a chase buff to his base kit, and a slight nerf to his anti stealth.

1. He has the power to stop survivors vaulting and pallet dropping.
2. He messes with their skill checks.
3. He has a strong power that while utility oriented, can totally slow down gen progression. My overall problem with the Doc is simply that (for someone so add-on dependent) his add-on distribution is atrocious. If he got a chase buff and anti-stealth nerf, he'd still be Shape or LF level. TBH, I believe all killers should be Nurse and Hillbilly level, and give survivors and intense challenge, especially the SWF survivors. As it is though, out of 12 killers only 2 are viable for high rank, and the rest are either useful or a joke. This does not "an asymmetrical game" make and I am saddened by that fact.
