Does anyone know why my game performance has randomly gone downhill?

So yesterday I booted up DBD, got into a match, my game froze and I DC'd, and got an error message mentioning something about connecting to the dedicated server. I restart, get into another match, and then my game window randomly shrunk into a tiny corner of my screen (see below - I had discord open so I blacked it out). ALT + Enter didn't help, so after the match I restarted again. Upon restarting, the controller cursor was now a lot smaller and I can only reach 30 FPS even though my game was comfortably running 120 before.

I've tried checking my graphics driver settings, updating my graphics driver, messing with the resolution of my PC, and various other fixes I could think of, but nothing has worked. I'm getting pretty desperate and frustrated.

Does anyone have any idea of how to fix it? Thank you in advance :)
