it used to work like that in the PTB until it got changed/nerfed. It was really strong vs nemesis power that grants free sprint bursts.

Then they easily could’ve changed that to make it not work against Nemesis like that and just make it work with endurance when injured. Although the one outlier is Slinger here when breaking the chain against him.
