Idk if its just loudest but also most noticeable. It's incredibly easy to locate Leon and Rebecca based in their sounds.
While also pretty loud, Jeff, Ash and Bill are somewhat lower pitched so the echo location doesn't work as well. As for Jane... I find she has a pretty massive falloff. So while very close she's very loud but as soon as you're just a little away she gets much more quiet.

My two mains, who not only are the most visible by far, but also are LOUD. Claire and Lisa.
Hey, if anyhting it's helped me to learn real quick how to hide and kite killers when caught lol.
I keep asking to fix how loud they are, as it feels wrong that I can switch to Ada and be injured by the gate, have the killer walk by and not hear me so I can escape, yet when I'm Lisa or Claire they ALWAYS hear me. I'm not fond of either dealing with that or iron will taking up a perk slot which barely does much with these two anyway.
