Anyone else having issues with Decisive Strike?

I always keep it on hand just in case I get tunneled. Sometimes when I use it I am encountering a really bad bug though. I get off the killer's shoulder but my body remains floating as if still picked up, and my camera is still locked behind the killer as if I was picked up which makes it impossible to run away. I just recently started encountering this since the new chapter release. Anyone else came across this?
