What does a DDOS look like?

From in the game, I mean. Does it even work that way? Or do they just keep you from joining games?

Just now I had the most unique DC ever happen to me. Running this killer forever and I am FINALLY getting progress on the missed swings challenge that I of course lose. This guy comes at me forever and just as it seems I've lost him. I see the packet loss symbol as someone runs up to heal me. Suddenly a person gets downed not too far from me even though I heard no TR. Then he comes back onto me so I run off with 90% healed. All of a sudden it insta switches to me on his shoulder. Then everything is kinda stuck in place but not actually frozen. Then my game closes.

Usually, if a connection error happens you just get dropped to the lobby. Or if a crash happens it closes the game. I've never got DCed from apparently packet loss at the WORST possible time for me before. To then have the game close too. Seemed suspicious to me.

    Your entire internet would have been booted offline if it was a ddos.
