Can't run at all, but not a "bug" apparently....

Haven't been able to run since the latest update. Either I stutter bad enough I'm slower or I just don't run at all.

I play on epic with a controller due to a disability. I've done a fresh install, remapped buttons on my controller, checked my controller to ensure it's properly working(it is other then a slight drift in the camera and movement sticks) works fine on other games, changed graphics to low, and have tried windowed mode.

Still can't run .....

Side note dealt with corrupt game file crash yesterday (prompted the fresh install) and now am getting disconnected from matches. So now not only can I not run am disconnecting when I never used to
