I'm starting to regret buying him in the first place, I understand Sony not allowing cross-progression, but Microsoft couldn't care less, and they would bare minimum allow cross progression on the Windows store.

At this point I fully believe that it's Behaviors fault for the lack of cross progression, they either don't want to pay the fee to Microsoft, or they can but Sony won't pull through so they're holding all consoles back.
