Is it just me... or does Pyramid Head's attack feel worse now?

I'm not sure if it's just server lag, or Made for This making it easier for survivors to dodge his Punishment of the Damned... either that or somehow the attack hitbox is smaller or the wave travels slower than before. Survivors are much harder to hit than before, and it's been seriously putting me off of playing him as of late. It feels really bad to play as him right now.

Any another Executioner mains feel the same way?
