Steam progress reset

Good morning guys. Today I need your help more than anything.

I've been trying to reset the progress of my Dead By Daylight account for months since I had an error with it. the problem I have right now that I still can't do it, I tried to look for progress folders on my PC (even the ones named "saved") but when I delete them and uninstall the game, they reappear with the saved progress.

I have also tried to close the Steam cloud so that it cannot load the saved progress, but from what I am clear the company has its own cloud that cannot be accessed.

I would like to know if anyone has any kind of solution to this since I want to restart it from my main Steam account and not have to create a secondary one to do it.

    I've had this happen to a few friends of mine. The only thing you can really do that doesn't break all sorts of rules is contact support. I've never heard of support being able to recover progress though. They *might* give you BP that you then have to spend yourself.

    What's up? I honestly don't think you understood what I wanted to say. What I'm looking for is to start from 0, as if I had recently bought the game. I want to reset my progress.
