The killer we faced didn't have Corrupt, Hex: Ruin and was using Sloppy Butcher and Hex: NOED.

The killer was likely doing the randomizer challenge; the perks a player is given in game (Killer or Survivor) will not reflect the loadout seen in the post-game lobby.
