Error 11 and ''unknown'' error

Yall its been a while since im having this problem, everytime i try to execute dbd it says error 11, I found out a way to fix it temporarily which is just run my antivirus. But when i get it and join some ppl to play with, it usually says that an unknown error has occurred and it kicks me out of the lobby and when i try to join back dbd freezes, so i have to restart my dbd. That is very annoyin to me and to the ppl im playin with cuz they always have to wait for me to restart dbd at least once ;-;
