Here’s a tier list of all the survivors ranked based on their teachable perks. I didn’t include Nick Cage cause it’s a little too early. Here’s the list

i ranked them not with all 3 but how meta or good there perks are. The more meta and great perks the higher the tier. The shittier perks the lower the tier.

    I will forever be congused on why people literally sleep on lucky break, prob one of the best perks out there still because now it doesn't last 3 minutes people think its useless, pair it with overcome and you can waste so much time.

    I had a week last year where I used Lucky Break with Overcome and Bite the Bullet plus a medkit. The reason I stopped using it was because the game became so boring. I think I had my highest escape rate ever that week.

    As a Zarina main, A tier might be a little too high for her. Off the Record is very decent but is heavily overestimated. For the People is way too situational. Red Herring is just awful and there are way better alternatives to use.
