Fake hits (I'm tired)

Hello everyone...

I am writing this because I am so tired of the fake hits that I get when I play as a survivor. I am from Chile, South America. Behaviour has servers in Brazil for all South America. I play with a base of 130-150ms every day, because I live in the South of Chile. My friend who lives in the centre of the country plays with 70-80ms.

Since I started playing this game I have always experienced fake hits, but never like this last month, since the new chapter came out. If I could post all the times where killers give me fake hits I'd have over a hundred clips. It's very annoying, many times I get false hits and I am almost at the edge of escaping. Even my friend who has much less ping than me, he plays with 70 as I said above, gets false hits. I don't know what can be done about this, it is very tiring and I feel less and less like playing just because of this. I know that the killers are the host of the game, so they don't see the fake hits, but we see them as suvivors. I know it's crazy to ask for a server in my country (some popular games have them) because I know Behaviour won't do it. So I don't know... It's a very frustrating situation.

    i feel bad for yall, I get to live happily with my 9 ping while anyone outside of america or europe just dies inside every time they play.

    The event also somehow screwed some of the matchmakings, as i got to face american and canadians killers even while i am also from south america.

    And if you think 130-150ms is bad imagine 200ms🥲

    Yes, alot of us have been experiencing this over the last few weeks. It's very off putting. The hits probably look normal on the killer's side but from our side they are a mile away. It used to happen every so often but it's been consistent lately.

    I get high ping on NAE servers as well and I know it's not my internet. The servers overall are pretty terrible.

    I don't think all of South America connects to Brazil because when I've played other games where I get the option to switch to Brazilian servers, I get worse ping than NA. I'm Colombian, so I guess it's mostly the northern countries in South America.

    The connection has been beyond horrendous this anniversary. It's usually very discouraging when North Americans constantly call you a VPNer, a cheater, or straight-up mock you for living on the moon during the endgame chat, but now even more so.
