Cripple Them All Achievement for Trapper

Getting down to my last couple of achievements and I am currently working my way through the painfully slow Cripple Them All Achievement.

However it seems trapped survivors are often not counted as I got a lot of traps in my last match but it only counted 3 of them.

Can anyone tell me are there special conditions that I am missing here, as I don't want to spend more time than I have to playing trapper lol?

    It's not just trapping them, you also need to grab them from the traps.
