The exit gates are not blocking

In the recent Ortzdava video, there was a part where the pinhead's chains didn't stop the survivor from leaving and today i was trying to do the knight's challange (and i was using the endgame build with the iri addon) but it didn't block the exits... I am not sure if is just these two ocasions (blood warden seems fine) or there are more killers in this same situation?
