given that its the entity's realm, i would assume that when building the worlds it drops the survivors and killers in, it takes chunks of pre-existing familiar structures and just hoshposhes it together like a really ugly collage. it'd be a fun way to explain why some buildings are structured the way they are!
That would be a good explanation for the T and L walls that seem to show up everywhere, no matter what the environment is.
this is confirmed how the realms function. the entity doesnt really understand how reality works so it just mashed together random piles of garbage into a way that works for the trials but doesnt make sense in real life
