Reverting the SM ptb buff

SM needs a full rework, but reverting the cooldown buffs that she got after the ptb would greatly help the 3 gen issue.

Maybe that would be part of the full rework or not. But that single change turned her into the most obnoxious killer in the game.

    That's a terrible idea the ptb buff made her actually bearable to play there being a cooldown on placing a drone basically means you can't use your power in chase. They just need to get rid of shotgun speakers and the adi valente add-ons and make the drones give hindered instead of exposed and then she's not making games last 50 minutes with impossible skill checks while exposing them for free.

    I am not saying it's a good change.

    Just that with her current kit, that change created the problem.

    But i think she just needs a full rework so she doesn't get to have no power in chase but to not be abusable for 3 gen and making everyone misarable.

    I just worry that the SM rework will take a while. It's been a year since the twins. Which i don't even know if they need anymore, consedering the new killers
