Is there such a thing as a 'killer stun tech'?
I went against a Wesker who apparently could harm survivors during the stun animation. Not talking about hitting before the pallet drops, I mean he's hit by the pallet, stunned, and attacks the survivor before the stun ends.
He claimed he could also 180 tech the stun and get a hit, but afaik you can't do anything during stun and even enduring can't save you enough time to do this. He kept also saying to check the video on it but I can't find anything anywhere about a 'stun tech.'

It's equally likely that he either
A) Found an obscure tech (exploit) and is abusing it. I think it's possible because if you swing at the same frame as a pallet drop when carrying a Survivor, you won't get stunned.
Or
B) He's lying out his ass and he's just cheating lol

No, not really. We're assuming you mean he got hit by the pallet, visibly going through the animation, and hitting you while in animation correct? If so, we're calling bull on the guy.

Likely a cheater or using enduring. If it happened once its likely a bug. If it happened multiple times he is either cheating or had enduring likely. If no enduring he is likely cheating.

I've seen a few streamers that I watch do it using Enduring. It's kinda funny. XD

Exactly this.
Multiple times. He had enduring but he still got hits mid animation, not afterward.
