En caso de que no sea o que no te ayuden, deja un post en Bug Reporting. Es un sub-foro de la comunidad donde puedes informar de ciertos problemas tanto relacionado a las partidas o errores como el tuyo. Pero trata de dejarlo en el que se llama Bug Reporting, ya que hay uno en español y no se si sea buena idea dejar un post allí. Saludos!
