PC - Idle Crows don't appear if you drop and pick up an item repeatedly

Description of the issue: Survivors abuse this bug to hide from the killer and throw games in order to do the hatch challenge or something, idk
Steps to reproduce:
- Have an item in your hand (e.g. a purple key)
- Drop it
- Pick it up
- Repeat steps 2 and 3
No matter how long you do that, the birds won't appear above your head.
How often does this occur: Always
