Like i said in mine a little earlier, i hope so. Killer hooks added flare and made things pretty interesting.

Also it's completely useless to not make them killer based. If anything it gives soloqueue a more balanced knowledge compared to SWF. In SFW, one can see the killer and tell the others, but that's not the case if you play solo. So now you could look at the hook and know too

And most stealth killers can jump you even if you know its them. I know its a myers. Wont stop him on midwich from jumping me with no warning. Ghostface can do sneaky snipe marks. And wraith moves at 150% movement speed.

Killer based hooks imply the existence of killer cringe hooks.

That's a PTB bug (already reported), all hooks in all maps looks like the ones from Nostromo map.
