Is the "that's Rude" challenge bugged?

This is a master survivor challenge for the archives. In this challenge you need to point in the killer's direction within 5 seconds of the perk premonition activating. I know that you need to let the animation fully finish in order for it to count but even if I stand right in front of the killer it and point it does nothing. It can be that i'm missing something but I don't think so. If Anyone has some info on this or some tips then I would like you heard that.
