Onryo's teleport animation bug

Just had a game against her in Haddonfield.
Her TP animation wasn't happening on the TVs, but rather on her current position: she'd flicker in place, appear on the floor playing the standing up animation, and appear in front of the TV she selected. Thanks to this bug, I learned that while she's teleporting to a TV, you can see the well in it. It's usually rather hard to see that since she covers the TV :).
Don't know why it happened, but noticed it when clicked to pick up a tape as she teleported to the same TV.
Never seen it happen before. Don't have a screencap or video of it, sadly =(
