WHY BHVR Doesn't talk about the missing DLC situation ?

So, people are missing DLC.

ITS NOT AN STEAM new guidelines or stuffs, alright, the " message " came from an 2014 screen.

So it's an bug, it also happen on PS5 as I saw.

So WHY BHVR just don't talk about it, that already happen in the past, fix in 2 weeks
