Did huntress get a "shadow nerf"? (hatched throw)

While i was playing huntress (keep in mind i do not play her allot) I did feel the hatchet throws where kinda strange... like the hitbox or something is smaller? While i tought it was me actually being bad with the killer i asked a friend who plays huntress allot more then me. He also said that something changed with the hatched throws. Anyone else knowes anything about this or have the same feeling?

    Seems like it, not surprised it’s exactly like the devs to nerf a killer with one of the highest skill ceiling and is very balanced and is in no need of changes.
