Anyone else having trouble with Starstruck?

Recently, I've had some survivors that are obviously in my terror radius (not running any killer, perk, or addon that removes my terror radius), but they don't get exposed when I hit them. Been happening on a near daily basis lately. Had a player sabotage a hook with a survivor on my shoulder and I only injured them when I swung at them as an example.

Are you using anything that applies Oblivious? That’ll cause Starstruck to not work since they’re considered to not be in the terror radius even though you still have one.
