We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.

The news said she has 2 but in the cosmetic store she has only 1, is it bugged?

Maybe a similar case with Nicolas Cage where you have to buy the Chapter to get the other cosmetic
