Ultimate weapon is halarious for doctor.
Both Notes for Max Tr, Or Purple Note and Iri-queen for spreading madness overtime using hooks since the Iri-queen would shock the un-hooker (or if they try to heal) Open a locker. Wait till you hear all 4 screams positioning yourself so the blast will hit all 4. Blast. They all get Madness (and charged if your running the queen) Combine with certain perks like DMS or Merciless Storm. (had a game where i hooked. Opened a locker as fast as possible. And walked like 15 meters and blocked 3 gens simultaneously from the screaming) Wait for your tr to come back after the blast cooldowns over. Open locker again since ultimate weapons cooldowns probably over. You can now have a screamo match. Its also kind of funny to hear all 4 survivors scream. Then scream again from the blast. Its not the best build but i feel its fitting for doctor.

Yeah after 10 games of it. Its been fairly consistent. It basically does what whispers would do for doctor. Tells you your blast is gonna hit something. While also interrupting them. And for perks like merciless storm or DMS. Pretty snazy.

Yeah i've ran the build all today as well. Very consistent. Faced a streamer and they loved it and found it fairly strong because you just wouldn't have the time to hop off a gen to prevent the force off of entering the tr. It turns doctor into such multi-pressure with the basically 2 blasts (since they both rely on your tr) just one inflicts blindness and the other madness lol. Double blast doctor.
