Prestige Outfit Bug

Ich Spiele auf dem PC (Steam) und habe meine Feng Min auf Prestige 8 und das Outfit mit der Blutigen Hose fehlt. Wie ist das möglich? Es fehlt seit ca ein paar Wochen. Den anderen Survivor fehlt das Outfit nicht, nur bei der Feng Min. Könnt ihr mir da weiter helfen?

Moin, ist das immer noch aktuell?
Dann solltest du ein Support ticket eröffnen, dann kann jemand vom Support direkt in deinen Account schauen und das fehlende Teil freischalten.
