How come my Nicholas Cage doesn't say any in game voice lines?

My Nic Cage will say 1 voice line when he spawns in and then will stay silent the entire match. I bought him to hear the voice lines and now he doesn't say anything anymore. Extremely rarely he says one other line. It's very disappointing.

    Bad luck? I mean, they play at random.

    This happened to me when I first bought him. He would only say something when the match starts and then stay silent.

    Restarting my PC fixed it for me.
