Anon Mode should mean no chatting

Allowing players using anonymous mode to chat is a recipe for toxicity. Almost no social platform that allows for anonymous messaging does so without that users permission. I have no interest in receiving or reading chats from players using anon mode. I really don't care about the whole "I just want to protect my privacy and say ggs", saying gg is not more important nor is more prevalent than people using anon mode to essentially just ######### talk without gaining any reputation in the community.

I really think this feature needs to go or we should get an option to block any incoming chats from an anonymous player. I have simply played against/chatted with enough to see it is a toxic situation.

    If I remember correctly, you can just turn the chat function off.

    Literally, turn your own chat off and your problem is solved.

    You can still report people who have anon mode turned on.
