Why is this so hard, to become Survivor into my Lobby when more than 35.000+ players playing currently?

My wait time of Survivors is Like 7-10 Minutes all the time.

In testing all times... at morning, at midday, in the afternoon, in the evening and in the night and all the time the que time is like 7-10 Minutes..

Will be any chances soon for the MM (Match Making) System?

I know it comming DEDICATED SERVERS at Summer 2019 but what is before?
